- Customers can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).
- No exchange after 7 days upon the arrival of your delivery subject to the tracking record.
- Please make sure items are returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and original package.
